  • $100 Vendor Fee {Meals not included}

2018 Vendors

If you are a vendor please make note of the following information:

  • All vendors must complete a registration form. Select buttons on page. 
  • Vendors can arrive as early as 9:00 AM.
  • Vendors must set up by 10:15 AM the day of the event. Doors scheduled to open at 10:30 AM.
  • Only one vendor per table. 
  • Complimentary table and cloth are included with fee. For vendors with larger displays requiring 2 tables. There is an additional $25 fee. 
  • Complimentary WiFi access.
  • Vendors may not break down before 4:00 PM.
  • Vendors are permitted to display their banner as long as it does not interfere with neighboring vendor tables and/or violate the facilities rules.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • The Phenomenal Women Association Inc. reserve the right to deny any product/service that does not align with the expo or mission of the organization.
  • Vendor information will be posted to the Phenomenal Women Expo website and social media for promotional purposes.
