Vendor Registration

2017 Vendors

If you are a vendor please make note of the following information:

  • Vendor registration includes meal (lunch and soft beverage) for 1 vendor representative. Tables with more than one representative require a meal to be purchased for each additional attendee.
  • Vendors can arrive as early as 10:00 AM.
  • Vendors must be set up by 11:30 AM the day of the event. Doors scheduled to open at 12:00PM.
  • Only 1 vendor per table.
  • Complimentary table and cloth are included with fee.
  • Complimentary WiFi access.
  • Vendors may not break down before 5:00 PM.
  • Vendors are permitted to display their banner as long as it does not interfere with neighboring vendor tables and/or violate the facilities rules.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • Tina & Louise as event producers reserve the right to deny any product/service that does not align with the expo.
  • Vendor information will be posted to the Phenomenal Women Expo website and social media for promotional purposes.

Interested in becoming a vendor? The event will be bigger and better in 2017 with opportunities for more vending. We are currently accepting vendor applications for June 2017!
